This is my new go to meatball recipe. We loved them. I doubled it, used ground turkey, omitted the pepper flakes (cause I hate biting into those little hot pieces) and made them a little smaller than golf balls. I baked and froze one half of them and only half baked the second half and finished cooking them in some home made spaghetti sauce in the crock pot. They made excellent meatball subs for our family of 4 and there was still enough left over for the kids and I to mix with spaghetti noodles a few days later. I can't wait to use the other half still in the freezer.
