White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV
This was my first attempt at white choc. mac. nut cookies. I made the recipe as written, and they were too sweet for my taste. Plus, I don't know how you can get 4 dozen cookies out of 1 1/4 cups of flour; but maybe we just like our cookies bigger than the average person! :)

Sauteed Carrots and Leeks
This was so simple, but so tasty. Definitely in my 'comfort food' category. I ate the leftovers with rice and bul kogi beef; it was outstanding. I'm trying to eat more leeks, but didn't want to make a soup again. This fit the bill.

Chicken Noodle Soup II
The soup was very good, but something happened to the noodles. They were the consistency of raw dough, even though I cooked them more than 30 minutes. Seems like it needs something to make them rise, like baking powder.
