Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies

I doubled the recipe, omitted the raisins and walnuts, and used half white sugar, half brown sugar and they were wonderful. I gave some to some friends about a week after I made them and they were still moist and tasty. I had to share the recipe with them. Thank you for this great recipe. I am about to make them again right now.

Restaurant Style Egg Drop Soup

Loved it so much. I have been trying out new recipes lately and this one is one of the favorites. My husband loved it. And so did my 2 little guys. I always try to find recipes that they enjoy too. Who knew good Chinese food could be so easy?! Thank you for the great recipe, I will be adding this one to my recipe box so I can make it again and again.

Thai Chicken Curry with Pineapple

So good. I added mushrooms and bean sprouts too. I think that next time I will cut the fish sauce in half though. And I'm going to add bamboo shoots and basil. It was almost as good as what I get at the Thai restaurant. Thanks for the delicious recipe.

Easy Chicken Satay

This was really good. I must have used too much chicken stock in the peanut sauce because it came out a bit runny but it was still really good. Even my little guys liked it, which is saying a lot.

Authentic Chinese Egg Rolls (from a Chinese person)

I made these egg rolls and they turned out wonderfully. I had good reviews from my family and friends. I did not use the msg and I used baby bella mushrooms instead of the ones called for. YUMMY!
