Perfect Roast Chicken

Great recipe with just a few modifications. I used butter not margarine. I put most of the butter mixture under the skin. Anywhere I could cram it in. Then I added it to the slow cooker with just a little liquid. and cooked it most of the day on low. This chicken came out so juicy and tender. This is easy with ingredients you usually have and tastes WOW.

Butter Flaky Pie Crust

i have tried different recipes but this one is easy, quick, and oh so tasty. As others have said - Everything should be cold, do not overwork, and chill. All is important to have a nice flaky crust. I saved the extra that I cut off, put on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and back for a few minutes. YUMMY. This recipe is a keeper.

Whole Wheat Bread II

This recipe is very easy and extremely delicious. I did make some changes because I am trying to move towards whole foods. So, instead of the brown sugar, I used only 1/2 cup succant sugar. In place of really bad shortening that is full of really bad trans fats, I used butter. I did use 3 cups unbleached white flour but substituted splet and oat flour for the wheat flour. I have tried many recipes and this one is a keeper. Next time I am going to try to cut down on the white flour. We will see how it works.

Cornbread I

This was a really good cornbread. I liked it better than regular. I didn't have plain yogurt so used plain Greek yogurt. You don't even taste it. I will definitely be making this again.

Cheesy Chicken

I will be making this again and again. Even my pickiest eater tried it and said she loved it. I replaced stuffing mix for the croutons and used 2 cans of soup.

Vickie's Beer Bread

This bread was so yummy. I added about 3/4 cup of sugar to make it alittle more tastey. I am going try it with wheat flour and honey. This is a keeper.
