Juicy Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2012
This is a good Paleo dinner. If you are totally dairy free use coconut oil instead of butter. I did 2 whole chickens in a roaster pan. One with onion and one with garlic. I have to say side by side the onion one was the better of the 2. I also used a quality salt (French sea salt)and pepper that I just mixed a bunch together and spread it on liberally YUMMY!!! will do again! I am using the left over bones to make chicken broth!

This is good! I used turkey broth that I had made up instead of the 4 cups chicken broth.... It turned out marvelous! defiantly a keeper in my book!

Maple Caramel Bread Pudding

this turned out GREAT!! we made it with gluten free using gluten free bread! My dad (gluten allergic) had a fit! He informed me he was taking the left overs home -- not that there was much to take ;)

Orange Pork

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2009
This is SUPER yummy!! I did a few different things though. To the chops I sprinkled alittle 5 spice powder and Kosher salt on each chop before putting them into the skillet. To the soysauce I added about 1 teaspoon ginger and the corn starch. I omited the sugar and water but increased the OJ to 1 1/2 cups. Then i cut the chops into strips and put a few stir fry veggies in it and serving it over Thai rice which has a different taste then the "normal" rice. YUMMY!!

Babe Ruth Bars

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2008
these were pretty good we used rice crispies instead cuz i didn't have corn flakes. i also dropped them into cookie shapes instead of a bar to help if they got to hard. they tasted good if not a bit chocolety. the choco-chips melted for quite a while. but the kidos loved them
