I love southern cooked food. Beef Stew, chicken fried steak, macaroni, mashed potatoes....
My favorite family cooking traditions
My Father is a very picky eater-no onions, garlic, mushrooms, etc. Growing up we had about 5 different meals that my mom rotated, all were very bland and simple.

Baked Pork Chops I
Some of the best pork chops I have ever made! Didn't change anything except I only made 2 large chops with the same amount of sauce (for my mashed potatoes). Definitely do it again!
