Fast and Easy Chip Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2009
Pretty Good! I made a smaller portion and used light mayonaise. I dipped with Ritz crackers. Yum!

Taco Salad III

Can't go wrong with this recipe! We left out the pinto beans just because we didn't have it on hand. And the onion because my husband isn't a huge fan. Still very good!

We had trouble keeping our meat on our metal skewers, so we cooked them without them. Still delicious!

Cauliflower Casserole

This was a great recipe! I would only recommend less bread crumbs (and this is coming from a bread crumb lover). Add little by little to taste. You'll most likely only use a little over a 1/4 cup.

Grilled Yellow Squash

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2010
These look great in the picture, but stuck to the tinfoil I set them on so they wouldn't fall through the slits in the grill and cooked VERY quickly. Half of them burnt from the time I walked into the house to grab a set of tongs and came back out. Definitely don't slice too thin if cooking out on a bbq!

Chicken Angelo

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2010
Delicious! I had thin breast, so I breaded it, and browned it as other viewers suggested. I then rolled them up and placed them into the baking dish. I sprinkled a little ionized salt on top, and then in the same pan that I browned the chicken in, I warmed cream of mushroom soup (3/4 of a can) with some milk. I placed the cheese, on top, then the soup mixture, then some sprinkled parm cheese over that. So, so yummy! My husband already requested it again soon.

Texas BBQ Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2011
Yum!! My husband and I used this recipe to make BBQ chicken sandwiches. Really, all you needed was some buns because the chicken and sauce were incredible! We added a bit of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce in the last couple minutes of cooking as another reviewer suggested - yum oh! With the left overs we made homemade BBQ chicken pizza. We used the sauce as a sub for marinara, added some red onion and mexican mix shredded cheese and the result was delish! Highly recommend this recipe!

Greek Tzatziki

Go with less cucumber and add in if necessary after tasting. The first time I made this I bought a small cucumber thinking I could use the whole thing - bad idea. We ended up throwing most of it away.

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
OMG! Thank you for such an easy and delicious dish! I made this for Christmas Eve dinner. I'm recently married and had our in-laws and brother-in-law over. Did this ever leave a good impression! The only additions I made was that I marinated the pork with a little salt and pepper as well as rosemary (just a dash) and added mushrooms to the sauce as suggested by another reviewer. I served with sauted fresh green beans (just over a pound for 5 people and sauted with 2 tsps of butter, salt and pepper to taste and about 2 tsps of garlic powder) and cous cous (spelling?) EXCELLENT MEAL! I definitely think this will be our Christmas Eve meal here on out.
