Enchiladas

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2008
Very good recipe! I love this recipe because it is a very quick and easy way to make enchiladas. And it is a plus that it doesn't require an extravagant amount of ingredients. I thought it was very good and I added olives on top and mixed taco seasoning in with the meat when I cooked it. I would recommend this recipe to all of my friends!

Very tasty granola bars! I omitted the nuts however, and it still came out moist, chewy and great!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
Very yummy! I love slow cookers. I followed the recipe using chunks of meat (instead of a whole roast), and I added potatoes, carrots and celery to the mix. It made for a lovely dinner, although I cooked it probably two hours to long it was still very good.

Warm Mushroom Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
This salad is so delicious! I made a bit extra so I could have some the next day, but I decided I had to eat it all right then, that's how good it is! I made a few minor alterations, I used balsamic vinegratte dressing instead of balsamic vinegar, I tossed in chopped baby carrots, onion and garlic in the pan. Then I tossed in some raw cucumber after the salad was in the bowl along with some shredded Jack cheese, mixed it all up with the baby spinach leaves and waa lah! A very tasty dish. I want to have this meal nonstop for dinner every night of the week! And it is so simple to make you can't really go wrong!

Jo-Ann's Power Bars

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
These power bars taste great! I followed the recipe, plus I added cranberries, raisans and dried apples to the mix. The bars came out moist and tasty, and have lasted a long time in the fridge per the recomendation. They are great for breakfast on the go. I will def make these again in the near future.
