My search for a good gluten-free pie crust recipe is finally over! I can't eat potatoes so I substituted the potato starch with brown rice flour and it still turned out good. I've made this a few times with pumpking pie and once for pudding pie (a pre-baked crust) and it's awesome. Thanks for this wonderful recipe!

Vegetarian Black Bean Chili

Amazing!... if you dice the vegetables quite small and open your mind to the fact that you can have 'vegetarian chili', there is no need to give this recipe negative reviews. And if you can't handle the heat, reduce the amount of cayenne!

Peanut Butter Muffins

I tried them with almond butter instead of peanut butter and made them Gluten Free and they were absolutely amazing. It's hard to get Gluten Free to be moist and this worked.

Carob Cake And Frosting

My two year old came up to me and asked for chocolate cake. I don't let him have chocolate so I decided to try this recipe instead. Simply awesome. I used less honey and substituted with whole grain spelt flour. I also used canola oil instead of butter since he is lactose intolerant. He loved his "chocolate cake".

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

Simply awesome! Since I didn't have cashews I used walnuts and used apple cider vinegar and it was probably the best broccoli I've ever had.

Almond Cranberry Squash Bake

I was rather disapointed with this recipe. I may make it again since I like the combination of the cranberies with the butternut squash but next time I would add some sugar to the squash and maybe an egg and some milk. I do think it would be great as pie.

Sukhothai Pad Thai

I was looking for a recipe without fish sauce. I doubled the sauce and added it right before serving. I threw the beansprouts in with the rice stix so they would be cooked just a little. Turned out great!
