Our family has joined the "raw vegan food" movement. Uncooking! Eating Salad 3 meals a day is very boring. I like to take the foods that we have LOVED to eat - and change them into something UNCOOKED. I do a lot of research on raw food nutrition.

I like to make healthier versions of the salad dressings in a bottle. I also like to create wonderful healthy smoothies.
My cooking triumphs
Every time my oldest who is a very picky eater says - "this is good mom" and it didn't come out of a box is a triumph!
My cooking tragedies
I burned corn dogs when we came home from our honeymoon back in 1992 - my husband will never let me live it down!
