I made this for Amanda's birthday cake. It was absolutely gorgeous and so very delicious. I used the cake mixes from scratch and variations on this site. I did he yellow cake. It was perfection. The only adjustment was I almost doubled the coffee in order to get a great spreading consistency. Was great on the Gob cake from this site too.

German Rye Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2009
I made this exactly as written and it turned out really good. Next time though I am going to try proofing the yeast and making the bread in a traditional manner. I really do not think this procedure may have been worth the time commitment. We shall see though.
