Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup

Delish! I didnt use the terragon or cilantro because I didnt have any.. also i could not use the onion as my hubby doesn't like them. I used a touch more garlic and some epicure onion spice that seemed to do the trick. Just remember that when you puree potatoe it turns into a glue like consistancy quickly so watch. I forgot and the soup is a touch thicker than I would have liked but the flavour is excellent!

Feta Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Breasts

Delish! I used only 5 tbsp of olive oil instead of the suggested 8. I also used the pre cooked bacon from costco and it worked well. Not greasy at all.

Cindy's Pumpkin Pie

Great recipe! I used ice cream that was warm and had no problems with seperation. I covered my pie crust with tin foil right from the start and it came out a beautiful golden brown.

Chicken Stir-Fry

Very good recipe. I used pork tenderloin and made extra so I tripled the sauce, but still wasnt enough. Also used broccoli, snow peas, baby corn, water chesnuts and bok choy. Will use again!

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies

DELISH! I followed this recipe as written and am very pleased with the outcome. A very moist, yet slightly crispy cookie. I used milk chocolate/white chocolate swirl chips. YUM!!

Red Velvet Cake III

Easy to make. I used white cake instead of yellow, and also doubled the cocoa and used 2oz of red food coloring. The cake came out more of a pink color than red but still looked nice. Made tons of icing! Overall tasty!
