White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

This was so good. The contrast between the sweet cookie crust, white chocolate & raspberry sauce is great. I processed oreo cookies for the crust. I debated on whether or not to take the white filling out before processing. I didn't & it turned out fine. I will use a shallow pan with water under the cheesecake during baking time the next time I make this because mine had some cracks.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

These muffins did turn out very pretty. I didn't give them 5 stars because the muffin itself is a little bland. I would make again with some alterations. The topping adds some sweetness.

Banana Cake X

My husband really liked this recipe. I used the Banana Butter Icing, added walnuts to the cake mixture (used yellow cake mix), and made it in a bundt pan. It turned out very pretty too.

Banana Split Cake III

I used the cherries & my pineapple was in it's own juice. I think the pudding mixture was too thick. If I made this again I would add more milk to the pudding mixture & use strawberries instead of cherries.

Banana Cake VI

Cake is very moist & frosting is awesome. I added chopped walnuts over top of frosting. My husband loved it. Definately will make this again.

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

Every time I make this I am asked for the recipe.I have made it for several large church events. Everyone loves it.I chop Reeses Peanut butter cups & add them over the nuts.It is so easy & I love that it can be made ahead.
