Cream of Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2015
I loved this recipe but I made some changes after reading the reviews, like most people did. I added black pepper, Adobo seasoning, and pepper flakes to season the chicken. Used 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1/2 can of water and 1/2 can of milk. I cooked all of this plus 1 bag of mixed veggies for 8 hrs on low in the crock pot. Came out great. There was plenty of sauce so if you want it thicker just use half can of water or milk. Thanks for the recipe.

Easy Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2015
Awesome easy recipe. Like a lot of people I tweaked it a little. There's definitely room for tweaking if you want to but it's a great simple recipe. I used 1 can of cream of mushroom, 1 can of cream of chicken, and 1 can of water. I added some chopped sweet peppers and used chicken drumsticks. The meat fell off the bones. Hubby loved it!

Keon's Slow Cooker Curry Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2014
This recipe was SO EASY to make and awesome! I only gave it a 4 star because of the cayenne pepper. I should have listened to the reviews and used less but I am a Trini and thought I could handle the pepper. I could handle it but to me it took away the curry taste and all you tasted was spicy. Everyone still loved it and wanted seconds though, but that is my advice(lessen the cayenne). I also didn't stick to the recipe. Every recipe can be tweaked. That is why it was so easy. I used chicken breasts, less sodium soup, and a bag of frozen mixed veggies. I mixed everything in the crock pot and omitted the salt and black pepper. All the other ingredients give it enough salt and pepper! Once everything was thoroughly mixed, I added the chicken breasts and browned onions and frozen veggies. Then I cooked it and served with rice. Thank you Keon for this recipe! It was great!

Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2014
I made this yesterday and my family loved it!!! You don't have to follow it exactly and it still is awesome. I used 2 cups of regular breadcrumbs and was still left with some to throw out. I also didn't have basil and it was great!

Easy Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2014
I don't like tuna and I ate this so that's saying something! I read some of the reviews and I did add garlic powder, black pepper, Accent, & cayenne pepper for flavoring. I also mixed in peas & carrots and French onions. I only cooked for 3 so I used 1 can tuna and 1.5 cups of pasta and 1 can cream of mushroom soup but everything was still too dry when I was mixing so I added some milk. The recipe was good but next time I need to add more sauce.

Fabulous Beef Tenderloin

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2013
SALTY!!! I even cut the butter in half like but I was stubborn and didn't cut the soy sauce in half. Big mistake. Believe me I'm addicted to salt and this was way to salty. If you're making it cut the soy sauce and butter in half. And add what you like. I added some onions, mushrooms, and carrots.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2013
It was great. Everyone loved it. I read the reviews and seasoned the meat before hand. I left it in the fridge for 6-8 hrs. I only cooked for 4 people so I used a 2lb roast and cooked it for approx 3 hrs on high. I also added some chopped carrots, potatoes, and onions the last hour of cooking. You can't have a pot roast without those.

Portuguese Sweet Bread I

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2008
I just baked this bread for my baby(even though he's still at work, it's a suprise for him) and it came out wonderful. The only adjustment I made was adding more flour. When the bread machine started to mix the dough seemed very moist and wet and was sticking to the sides so I just added about 3 tablespoons of flour. This bread came out perfect and you can eat it by itself or with butter. It's definitely something I'm gonna bake again.

My boyfriend and I just baked our first cake from scratch. It was so easy and simple and came out great!!! This recipe is awesome and like the other members said, it doesn't hurt to add more vanilla. Loved it, can't wait to bake it again.
