Easy Ham and Cheese Appetizer Sandwiches

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2008
There was one guest out of 6 who thought these were "okay." The onion was completely over-powering, and 1/2 the sandwiches were soggy. I did not enjoy the taste of the butter spread at all.

London Broil

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2008
This was my first time ever cooking london broil. I used red wine vinegar, did not use MSG, and marinated the steak over night. I cooked this on a charcoal grill and had to cook for considerably longer (1/2 hour) then in the directions. It came out great, but not knock your socks off great.

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2009
So good that after eating them for dinner last night I made another batch for lunch today. I use fat free cream cheese and it still tastes fantastic. I don't like jalapenos or peppers, so I make 1/2 the recipe without those and add salsa con queso and chicken instead, which was delicious. My mom said the 1/2 with the peppers and jalapenos was great. My 2 year old nephew loved it as well.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2009
This recipe is great. I will say, for the amount of time and work involved, I will stick with just buying the rotisserie chickens at the grocery store. The result was pretty much the same.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2009
Very good. Make sure you use a deep dish pie crust. I didn't and had a ton of filling left over.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2009
Really great! I used unsweetened applesauce instead of oil; egg beaters instead of eggs, fat free sour cream, sugar free pudding, and mini choc. chips. It was really rich, so next time I will try a 1/4 less applesauce and a 1/4 less choc. chips. This was my first time baking with the lower fat ingredients, and you really can't tell the difference. It's def. worth saving the calories!

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2009
Really Yummy! I followed other users advice and used 1/2 the spinach. Definitely glad I did. I also used fat free ricotta and low fat mozzarella. A nice change of pace, but not an absolute favorite.
