Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

This couldn't be any more delicious. I've made it several times and the only change I make is doubling the crust. Perfect mix of sweet, salty, creamy, crunchy.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Delicious Chicken Casserole

This was very good. Made just a few changes. Added a 1/4 cup of onion to chicken mixture. I also added sliced almonds to the mixture. I put a layer of cheese under the cracker mixture. And for a final touch, I added some crushed cheese and garlic croutons to the cracker mixture. Family loved it!

Hash Brown and Egg Casserole

Very good! Changes.. 1 pound of hash browns instead of 2, 1/4 cup of milk instead of 1/2 cup, 1/2 can of cream of chicken, 6 eggs, Real onion and garlic, and I baked hash browns for half an hour at 425 before hand.

World's Best Lasagna

Super yummy. The sauce was fantastic. I didn't add the fennel seeds because there are fennel seeds in the Italian seasoning. Will make again!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

I've made several versions of this recipe. This one is my favorite!! I refuse to use canned chicken. So I boiled and shredded 3 chicken breasts. I also use half mozzarella and half mild cheddar. I think using all cheddar makes it a bit too oily. Wonderful!!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Frank's® Red Hot® Buffalo Chicken Dip

I love making this stuff. Its always a hit at get togethers. My husband doesn't like blue cheese, so I use ranch instead. I also use chicken breast instead of canned. Yummy!

Chicken Florentine Casserole

This is delicious! I make it a lot and the whole family loves it! I use fresh spinach instead of canned, and sautee it with the mushrooms. But thats the only changes I made. Yummy!

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Pretty tasty. I used much less cilantro, added black beans, and used salsa verde instead of jalapeno salsa. Pretty spicy for younger kids. I also put some cheese on the inside and sauteed the onions first. Will make again.
