While I was in college I found a recipe similar to this one time in Taste of Home magazine. My girlfriends and I use to make it all the time. I think it was a staple during finals week. We loved it b/c it was so easy and simple to make and it does taste like a big cookie.

Chocolate Crinkles II

These were my favorite cookies as kid. My grandma, who was an awesome cook, always made a huge batch of these for Christmas. Yummy!

Pizza Casserole

This is very much like crockpot pizza. Same concept as the casserole you just layer the ingredients in a crockpot and place on low for 4 hours or until cheese is melted. I prefer sprial noodles instead of egg noodles for the crockpot they hold better.

Virginia Apple Pudding

So simple and good! My husband and I really enjoyed it. I took it to a family dinner and everyone ate it up. I followed the directions as stated excluding the apples being applied to the batter. I spooned them over the entire batter than baked. Once it came out I made a bread pudding glaze to put over the top! It was EXCELLENT!!!
