Mom's Best Waffles

These are delicious waffles! Recipe super easy, fluffy, yummy. I added green food coloring & laid them out like christmas trees (seen on pinterest) kids loved them.

Chocolate Muffins

I make these a little healthier and they still taste like original recipe. Applesauce instead of oil, greek yogurt instead of sour cream and almond milk instead of cows milk. Feel better about giving them to kids for breakfast.

Tuna Dumplings

These were unexpectedly good, my 1year old loved them. I made potato soup and put dumplings in oven for a few minutes alone to make them crispier. Definitely making again!

Easy Decadent Truffles

Family looks forward to these @ christmas time. Almond extract, rasp, vanilla or even coffee liquor they are all delicious! I roll them in powdered sugar, cocoa powder, sprinkles or crushed nuts.

Lady Lock Filling II

I've never made Lady Locks before and hubby requested them. So glad i found this recipe! However i do not have the forms so here's what i did - at home depot had them cut a dowel rod (sorry not sure on size, went by guessing!) anyway, they cut it into 4-5 inch pieces. I wrapped these in aluminum foil and sprayed with baking pam. Wrapped pre-made pastry puff around them and baked them @ 400 for roughly 12 minutes. With filling these are perfection!

5 stars from whole family! Me and hubby add red pepper flakes on our plate & sprinkle parm cheese on boys plates. I also add broccoli and sometimes diced chicken. Usually will not have leftovers!

Meatball Nirvana

Awesome!! 11 month old LOVED these, with and without sauce! Me and hubby had meatball subs and kids had penne with meatballs. Next time i will double or triple (leftovers!!) Not too much spice for kids - i could´ve used more but definitely good.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Great with corn chips! This is always a hit, even if I just make it for me and hubby!! However I have never used canned chicken...bake it till cooked through then shredded. Usually I have to at least double this recipe.
