This was delicious. I usually don't eat chicken, but I had some left over from when we had company for several days and this was a good way to use it up. I was going to get the Pillsbury pre-made pie crust dough, since I was short on time, but when I read the ingredients (lard, partically hydrogendated lard), I put it right back on the shelf! I ended up fixing garlic mashed potatoes to put on the top instead of a crust. I did add minced garlic, sage, thyme, rosemary and parsley as someone suggested. It added more flavor. I also cooked the veggie's in vegetable stock (Vogue Vegge Stock). I used 1/2 olive oil and 1/2 butter. I added some cauliflower to the other veggies. It was great. Thanks for sharing Robbie!
