Restaurant quality! Completely delicious. I added a dash more chili paste, though.

Honey Pineapple Chicken
Good recipe! However, if you do use the mint, chop it up VERY small! I didn't prefer the texture of the leaves with the chicken, but overall a nice tasting dish!

Apple and Orange Chicken
This chicken was splendid! I threw it all in the crockpot, and it was ready by the time my parents got home from work. I would recommend this served with mashed potatoes or rice.
