My Crab Cakes
Followed suggestions of others and these crab-cakes were fantastic. I made the full recipe and there 4 of us plus a toddler for dinner and there was only ONE crab-cake left---these babies are good.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
Great. Added about a cup and a half of diced ham and cooked it in my crock pot-turned out lovely.

Baked Dijon Salmon
Fantastic. I did not have any honey so I substituted blue agave and it was great. Wonderful, tasty way to bake salmon. As for the negative reviews; you can't please everyone!
