Very good recipe...the only thing I changed was instead of 3/4 t nutmeg I put equal parts of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg...my dad really liked this pie!

Fried Rice II

PHILADELPHIA Double-Chocolate Cheesecake

*****This is the best chocolate cheesecake ever!!! It is soo creamy and just MMmmm... I didn't have oreos so I made a graham cracker crust. Can't wait to make this with an oreo crust!! *****

Sugar Cookie Icing

This is absolutely the best icing ever! The corn syrup in it does the trick. It stores well, firms nicely while it stays soft. The perfect icing-now all I need is the perfect cookie:-)
