Easy, Cheesy Tortellini Bake

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2010
The picture shown with this recipe doesn't do this meal justice. It's a very pretty presentation meal. I too added 2 (19 oz) pkgs of tortellini with the same sauce ingredients indicated. I also put this in a 9 x 13 pan and it filled it nicely. One pkg. spinach is perfect for this. This sauce is called Palamino sauce. Served this with a salad and it was wonderful. Even my spinach hating kids loved this. Will make this again!

Fabulous Wet Burritos

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2009
Not sure why Michigan has been mentioned all the time with this recipe, since I'm from Michigan too. My kids really liked this. I omitted the tomato soup and used 1 cup of salsa as others said. This was easy to make, a lot of pans and dishes, but good.

Chewy Coconut Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2009
The coconut was not overpowering, so these were really a tasty cookie. Soft and chewy and so very easy to make. I made them as is and they were delicious.

Greek Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2009
I made this last weekend when I was having a Greek meal weekend and it was amazing! I hate it when reviewers change the whole recipe, but this one was perfect the way it was. The dressing was an exact Greek dressing that complimented the pasta. Very good!

Decorator Frosting I

Reviewed: May 29, 2009
This is the Wilton buttercreme frosting recipe and will work everytime. I also add a 'pinch' of salt to cut down on the sweetness. I use 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup shortning (without Transfat!). The transfat will break down the frosting. A note on this: this is a crusting frosting which means it will somewhat harden after sitting, which is perfect for decorators as it smooths out and stays. Other flavors can be added in place of the almond for complimenting the cake.
