Creamy Potato Lasagna
My picky 16 year old had 4 servings of this dish!! He took the leftovers to school for lunch. Very easy to make and sooo yummy!!

Pad Thai
As I put cooking this, I honestly thought it was going to taste awful. Fish sauce has a strong oder and I thought it was going to take over the meal. Boy, was I wrong!! No more ordering take out for me! This was delicious!! Thanks for the recipe!!

Jalapeno Popper Wontons
I read this recipe and literally ran to the store to get the ingredients. It turned out absolutely yummy!! So easy to make. A great appitizer for when friends come over. Thanks for sharing this with us!!
