Thai Pineapple Chicken Curry

Wow. I loved this recipe. I have never made curry before. My husband said it was restaurant quality. I used only one tablespoon fish sauce based on other reviews which seemed fine. I used two tablespoons red curry. My husband and I love things really spicy so I will probably add another tablespoon next time. I also used half lowfat coconut milk. The jasmine rice was a real find. The rice is delicious!

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

I didn't think I would like these but decided to give them a try anyway. These are delicious! I will make these again and again. What a wonderful receipe for those of us trying to eat more vegetarian meals.

This is a delicious crab cake recipe. It is now the only one I use. I use fresh crab instead of canned, and I bake mine for about 12 minutes at 375 F.

The Best Potato Salad

This is the best potato salad recipe I have come across. I did think the relish taste was a bit overwhelming, so I would add a little less next time. However, the potato salad was still very delicious.

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

Simply delicious. Highly recommend. I doubled the melted butter, honey, mustard, salt and pepper and thought it was prefect. The honey taste is just light enough that you know it is there but you don't feel like you are eating dessert.
