Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2010
This was a surprise for me because I did not expect the favors to melted perfectly together as they did. I loved this dish and it will be a staple in my recipe collection. Simply d-lish and I personally would not change a thing; however, I can see how this recipe could have some diversity to it.

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2009
I followed some of the changes recommended by reviews, ie. I used white cannelloni kidney beans vs. the red ones, a personnel choice and I added Mexican corn and one can of chopped tomatoes and one tomato soup. It was gone in one sitting. My family loved this. Next time I will Dbl. the recipe. Thank you, this is going to be a staple in our family.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2009
SUPER EASY!! This will be my Teriyaki sauce from now on. This recipe is delicious! I took some of the advise from the reviews and doubled the sauce. I used a heaping teaspoons of corn starch which help make the sauce thicker. I used 1/4 white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar, also I only had regular soy sauce AND since I doubled the sauce I diluted half with tap water to make a cup and it was not salty and it was still WOW! I used what I had, (10)chicken wings and a couple of chicken breast in freeze that I threw in. I also seasoned my chicken with cayenne, pepper flakes and onion powder and poultry seasoning to my family's taste for extra flavor and kick before baking. My six year old licked the ready sauce off the spoon. I will make again and again. Ps. and yes, use Real Ginger if you can.

Easy Peach Cobbler II

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2008
I am sitting here enjoying this cobbler as I type. Just like most of you, I was surprise about using white bread, but I am a believer now. I grew up eating my momma's peach cobbler and consider myself to be a expert on what it should tast like. "This is one of the Best" and I highly recomend it. I did cut the sugar back to only using one cup, that was sweet enough for us and I used 3/4 of the juice from the can peaches, because I like my Cobbler a little juicy.
