Italian Pasta Salad I

This salad is so versatile you may add many fresh veggies plus dressing of choice (only 1 bottle). Also, the addition of salad supreme from spice aisle kicks up the flavor.

Southwestern Pasta Salad

My family (even 1 yr.old) loved this recipe. Like others, I did reduce the chili powder to 1 Tablespoon. If too dry, add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of Italian dressing & it moistens right up! Yummy.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

These are super moist & delicious! Even picky DH devoured them. Omitted the salt & used dried rosemary. Like others I marinated Vidalia onion, green, & red, bell pepper pieces & threaded them along with chicken onto wooden skewers. (Tip: Soak skewers in water 1/2 hr. or so to prevent burning.)

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

This recipe is very delicious & easy to make. The sauce is so good and works well with other vegetables such as asparagus and green beans.

Sunday Best Fruit Salad

Use any fresh fruits and the pineapple really does keep the apple from "browning". I didn't have peach pie fill so I added a can of peaches (reserving the juice). Put the juice into small saucepan, add 1 Tbsp. corn starch and mix well. Heat until thickened. Cool, add to fuit. Delicious!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

This bread is the BEST, so moist & full of flavor! I served to family & friends. I followed the recipe with 2 exceptions: used spray oil for the pans and reduced the sugar to just over 2 cups. It also freezes well!

BBQ Country Style Ribs

Followed the recipe except for the lemon. The whole family raved about how delicious they were. My husband who does not really like ribs ate 2 helpings and is taking some for his lunch tomorrow.
