Italian Pasta Salad I

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2010
This salad is so versatile you may add many fresh veggies plus dressing of choice (only 1 bottle). Also, the addition of salad supreme from spice aisle kicks up the flavor.

Southwestern Pasta Salad

Reviewed: May 25, 2009
My family (even 1 yr.old) loved this recipe. Like others, I did reduce the chili powder to 1 Tablespoon. If too dry, add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of Italian dressing & it moistens right up! Yummy.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: May 25, 2009
These are super moist & delicious! Even picky DH devoured them. Omitted the salt & used dried rosemary. Like others I marinated Vidalia onion, green, & red, bell pepper pieces & threaded them along with chicken onto wooden skewers. (Tip: Soak skewers in water 1/2 hr. or so to prevent burning.)

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
This recipe is very delicious & easy to make. The sauce is so good and works well with other vegetables such as asparagus and green beans.

Sunday Best Fruit Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2008
Use any fresh fruits and the pineapple really does keep the apple from "browning". I didn't have peach pie fill so I added a can of peaches (reserving the juice). Put the juice into small saucepan, add 1 Tbsp. corn starch and mix well. Heat until thickened. Cool, add to fuit. Delicious!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2008
This bread is the BEST, so moist & full of flavor! I served to family & friends. I followed the recipe with 2 exceptions: used spray oil for the pans and reduced the sugar to just over 2 cups. It also freezes well!

BBQ Country Style Ribs

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2008
Followed the recipe except for the lemon. The whole family raved about how delicious they were. My husband who does not really like ribs ate 2 helpings and is taking some for his lunch tomorrow.
