Baked Zucchini

The only reason that I give this a four is because I felt like I should substitute olive oil for the butter in order to make it a little healthier. But, this is a phenomenal family favorit.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

This is a pretty good, easy to make, keep the family happy main dish. I like to serve it with the Baked Zucchini recipie on this site.

Roast Leg of Lamb

Tremendous! I actually take small sprigs of rosemary and stick them in the slits with the garlic, it seems to give the entire roast a little rosemary flair!

Sauteed Chicken with Greek-Style Lemon Sauce

I made this last night. I thought it was fairly easy, and VERY tasty. The whole family loved it. It's a new favorite for me!
