Gourmet Tuna Salad
Yummy! I made some for easy lunches this week. The only thing I added was a dash of black pepper. Everything else was the same and it was really good.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Made this for dinner tonight. The kids loved it! Hubby thought it was just pretty good. I loved it because it was easy. I made loaded mashed potatos and green beans for the sides. Yummy :)

Onion-Roasted Potatoes
Kiddies loved this! Easy to make. Had to add a little salt. Will make this again.
