Boston Baked Beans

Beer Batter Fish Made Great

This batter is fantastic! My review is missing one star, as the amount of paprika listed is too much. The finished product ends up looking overcooked because of the dark colour. I have since made this again and only added 1 1/2 tsp paprika. My boys all love it. Yum :)

Oat Applesauce Muffins

These muffins came out nice and moist, however I felt they lacked a little on flavour. May try them again and add some blueberries. I will also grease the muffin tins rather than use paper liners, as it was difficult to get the muffin out .

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Best Banana muffins ever. I double the recipe and put half of the baked muffins in the freezer (just to hide them from my family so they don't eat them all at once) and I add 1 1/2 cups of mini chocolate chips. Thanks for a great recipe!

Italian Confetti Pasta Salad

Love this pasta salad. First time I made it I found there to be too much dressing for the amount of pasta listed in the recipe. Now I just make make a bit more pasta to even out the pasta to dressing ratio.

Creamy Swiss Chicken

This is a favourite in our house. I like to season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and thyme before putting the swiss cheese on. I use WAY more croutons then the recipe calls, so I don't reduce the amount of wine since the extra coutons just soaks it all up. I love the kick that the cayenne and the mustard seeds provide.
