i took this to a friend who had just had surgery and was down for the count. she and her family were very complimentary of this casserole and said they fought over the leftovers!

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Reviewed: May 11, 2010
this was delicious! i made it with leftover ham from the holidays and then froze it. just remember how salty the ham is. you don't need much other flavoring!

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

Reviewed: May 11, 2010
this was great. made it for some college girls so they could have a legit home-cooked meal. one of them was a vegetarian, so this went over VERY well! i made a layer of ricotta to make it a thicker version. very tasty!

i made this in bulk for a party. it turned out great, but like all colesalw, you must keep stirring or the dressing seeps to the bottom.

my family eats this one up! i interchange chicken and pork and it tastes great either way. we always make extra sauce for our own preference.

Herb-Crusted Chuck Roast

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2009
my meat was a little touch. i would either use a tenderizer tool or add something to break it down a little. the rub was fantatic!

Bubba's Jambalaya

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2009
this is a regular in our house. it is a great dish to fill us up. we have biscuits with it. i also add water in order to make it not so thick. i even freeze the leftovers, which is perfect for our busy family of 5!

Beefaroni

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2009
this reminded me of my childhood. it was good, but i added a few things to pep it up. extra seasonings and diced tomatoes with italian seasonings. the simplicity and volume that it makes is super for our family of 5! we love leftovers!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2009
the whole family ate it up! totally worth the extra work. i even had enough sauce leftover to freeze for another night. followed the tip to soak the noodles-so much better. they were a little more firm, but cooked, and helped the lasagne hold up really well. will definitely make this again
