Creamy Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2011
It wasn't bad and it wasn't great. Like others suggested, I thinned out the soup with chicken stock and added mushrooms to the plate. If I was to make it again, I think I'd try using Cream of Mushroom or Broccoli soup.

Cajun Appetizer Turkey Meatballs

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2011
Great, just great...no amazing! I followed the recipe, except I used ground turkey. My husband, who hates meatballs, loved them! I've actually got a batch in the oven right now. They are great to freeze and pull out when guests are over. Thanks for sharing!

Basic Chicken Stock

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2009
Easy to do! I added poultry spice, basil and thyme then simmered for 2 and a half hours. Very yummy and could eat it on it's own.

Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2009
It was GREAT! The only thing I did different was to add a little more salt, pepper and garlic. My picky husband was drooling at the mouth while cooking! Thank you!

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2008
Yum, yum, yum! My husband and I LOVED this recipe. It was perfect for a cold, snowy night. We will definitely use this again. I took another reviewer's advice and used 3 cans of cream of chicken soup, and made homemade dumplings. I only used 1 onion, and minced is rather quartered. I also only used 1 1/2 potatoes and 3 carrots with no peas. Otherwise I think it would have been too much. Also I used some corn starch to thicken it. Perfect, perfect, PERFECT! Thank you so much for this recipe.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2008
This recipe was great and easy to make! I would suggest using unsalted butter instead since salted butter with the teaspoon of salt made them REALLY salty. I had to compensate by adding in almost another full tablespoon of sugar. I also added about 1/4 cup more milk and about a teaspoon of vanilla. My husband absolutely loved them. Never again will I buy premixed pancakes!

Chicken Curry I

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2008
My husband and I loved this recipe! I did make a few changes, as suggest by other reviewers...only 1/4 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 cup of organic plain yogurt, and I baked it in the oven for 3 hours at 200F. I made a few tweaks myself...instead of 2 cups of water, I used 1 cup chicken broth (2 satchels of chicken bouillon in 1 cup of water) and 1 cup of coconut milk. The coconut milk, along with the yogurt gave it a more creamier taste. I also omitted the tomato paste. It was very simple and quick to make. This will definitely be added to my weekly rotation! Thanks for making this available!

Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2008
This recipe was easy to make and delicious, although I did make a few changes. Added more seasoning, less cheese and didn't use instant rice. It makes ALOT of food...we had to throw some of it out, we couldn't eat it all, so next time I think I am going to half the recipe. Will definitely use this again.

Caramelized Beef Skewers

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2008
I made these for my husband tonight and he loved them. I don't eat beef, but the sauce smelt so good. I plan on using it on chicken the next time I make them.
