Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2010
Wow! These are sooooo delicious!! Easy to make too! As suggested by other user reviews I used 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white sugar and added a splash of vanilla. The only bad thing about these is they are so more-ish! I can't stop eating them!!

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2010
Wasn't sure my family and I would like these, but we loved them (even my meat loving husband!). My 4 year old and 22 month old gobbled them down. I used black beans instead of kidney beans as suggested by other ratings, and add all the spices in the beginning with the garlic. I will be adding these into my meal rotation!

Vegetarian Korma

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2010
This is awesome!! Loved it, loved it!! Followed the advice of others and used lower fat coconut milk instead of heavy cream. Did not have any fresh ginger root so used ground ginger.

This is an absolutely awesome recipe! My husband and I would rather this than ground beef. Even my 3-year-old and 1-year-old ate it all up!!

Easy Corn Chowder I

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2009
Delicious!! Even my 3 year old loved it. I did not add any salt as I figured there was enough from the can of mushroom soup and bacon.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

These are awesome. They are the only oatmeal cookie I make now. I also skip the refridgeration and make them as drop cookies. So soft and soooo delicious!!!

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2008
This recipe is truely awesome!! I did reduce the oil to 1/4 cup only because that was all that I had in the house! (woops!). So to make up for it I increased the carrot to 3 cups (as another did) and added another splash of milk. I made it for my husbands birthday and everyone there was asking for the recipe! This one is a keeper!

Raisin Apple Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2008
These muffins are awesome! I made them as is, but substituted 1/3 whole wheat flour for the all purpose. Next time I will probably use 2/3rds whole wheat flour.

Lower Fat Fudge Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2008
Very yummy (and bonus that it is low fat). I use low fat vanilla yogurt and omit the vanilla. So fudgy (and yummy with some chocolate chips in it too!)

Whole Wheat Honey Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2008
This is my absolute favorite bread recipe! I love the texture and the sweetness of the bread. Its my husband's and toddler's favorite as well! I use butter instead of shortening and bake it in the oven. Makes EXCELLENT toast!

Whole Wheat Oatmeal Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2008
This bread is awesome. I used 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour and 1 cup of white flour and baked it in the oven instead of my breadmachine. Very fluffy bread, great texture. Next time I am going to try this recipe with all whole wheat flour. UPDATE: I tried all whole wheat flour and it is awesome!
