Blueberry Muffins II
WOW! I used this recipe and replaced the wheat flour with Oat flour because my son is allergic to wheat. I also used slightly blended blackberries and strawberries instead of blueberries. Oh my god, this turned out incredible! Oh yea I used berry juice instead of milk as I was out of it! WOW! Incredible.... moist and real berry taste!

Blackberry Cobbler II
I used this recipe and cut the sugar back a cup and used spelt flour because because my son is allergic to wheat. And it went over BIG. Incredible recipe! The best cobbler recipe I have ever used. Five star rating for me!

Dark Chocolate Cake I
Wow. I used this recipe, but cut back on the sugar a bit and added a little more cocoa. I also replaced the wheat flour with Oat flour as my son is allergic to wheat. I also added strawberries to the mix and WOW! Is was sooooo yummy and moist as I put it in a deep pan. The key is to always under bake about 5 - 8 minutes. It went in less than 20 minutes. Great recipe!
