Bread Pudding II
This was my first experience making & eating bread pudding. I took 1 egg out, added an extra slice of bread, and soaked bread for at least 3min. Perfect consistency!! I also tried this with french bread using 2/3 of a baguette.

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II
Love this! I substitute butter for shortening, leave out the mayo, and add an extra banana. I cut the recipe in half making just one loaf each time. I also omit the nuts only b/c my company doesn't like them, but I'm sure it'd be great with. Sometimes I omit the chocolate chips- just depends if I want chocolate that day. Both ways are great! This bread turns out so moist and flavorful! My qualm was figuring out how to get it done in the middle without overdoing the outside... I've decided 70min at 325 works for me!

Ultimate Maple Snickerdoodles
This was my first experience making snickerdoodles. I used pancake syrup instead of maple, which seemed to work fine, I think it's a matter of preference. These were okay, not astounding, but I never had a snickerdoodle I was fond of anyway. My problem was that they were hard and chewy, not tender and soft. I did the minimum time amount, so if I did this recipe again, I would try baking for 1-2 minutes less.
