Americana Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2010
This is a very nice salad, with a very nice presentation.I doubled the cauliflower , celery and vinegerette.Hubby thought it was a tad tart but I thought it was MAGNIFICENT!!!The dressing can very easily adjusted to personal taste.I make the dressing and serve it on the side.Thankyou for a wonderfull salad.Just a tip,if you don't want the gass smell from the broccoli and cauliflower, put lid on salad but DO NOT seal tightly so gasses can escape then odor will be gone!
