Russian Tomato Salad

Herbed Noodles

I gave this a 5 for it's versatility.It's basics lets you build from there I cooked the noodles in beef broth instead of water.I added onions,green pepper and parmesian cheese.Thankyou.

Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Strata

Fabulous!!! Served this to hubby and a friend of ours this morning and Hubby sad it was REALLY good and our friend said it was the best breakfast he had in years. I made NO changes and they topped with a small amt. of maple syrup.Thankyou!

Slow-Cooked Sirloin

Great recipe!I too made a very slight adjustment. I used 1/2 green pepper and 1/2 red pepper , only used 1/2 the worcestershire sauce.It was delicious and the meat very tender. Thankyou.

Turnip Casserole

Excellant dish both hubby and I loved it. the only change I made was I substituded the sugar for 2 tbls. splenda brown sugar blend as I'm a diabetic. Made it to serve 6 people, a real keeper. thankyou!

My hubby and I really enjoyed this dish.I did reduce the amount of ketchup and mustard by half to reduce sodium and increased amount of turkey,It was wonderful.I used this recipe over noodles instead of buns.Thankyou.

Egg Biscuit Bake

This is a great recipe you can build on. Only leave the eggs a little wet before putting in oven. Easy to use your imagine on this one for flavor. I added hot pepper rings, chopped,onion, pepper and salt substitute, increased egg mixture but used 1/2 egg substitute.Also used 1/2 carnation and 1/2 1% milk.Thanks for submitting this recipe.
