Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Great recipe! Made it twice and my family loved it both times! The only change I made was that I omitted the onions and added chicken broth instead of water. Do put in the biscuit dough in the last 90 minutes to give it time to cook & 1 1/2 packages of biscuit dough, shaped into balls, work nicely :)

Amish Casserole

YUM! My family (including my picky children) LOVED this recipe! I did tweak it just a little according to previous reviews. I added chopped onions and corn to the beef and used cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken. I also used shredding cheddar cheese instead of American cheese slices. It fed three adults and two children with plenty of leftovers!

Braided Easter Egg Bread

Bread was very easy to make. I put the mixture into my bread machine and when that was done I braided it and baked it in my oven. I do like a sweeter tasting bread for Easter so maybe next time, I will tweek it by adding egg whites mixed with a little sugar to coat the top! Other than that my family ate it up, right out of the oven!

Easy Texas Chili

All I can say is YUM! I've made this several times for my "picky" family and they all love it! We always have a few days worth of leftovers. Taste great reheated to!

Baked Pork Chops I

I'm not a big fan of pork chops so for me the recipe was just okay, but, my husband and children loved it! It did take 2 hours to prepare and cook. I followed the exact directs but doubled everything being I made 12 pork chops instead of 6. It will probably take a long time before I make this meal again being the prep and cook time is so long!

Amish Macaroni Salad

I made this receipe for the 4th of July. I wanted to try something new and different & wow was it great! The only change I made was I used bow ties instead of elbow macaroni and I used Helmans mayo instead of Miracle whip. I am definitely going to make it again and even want to try it with potatoes!
