Bake Sale Lemon Bars

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2008
I have made these several times and they are always very popular. I kept the same pan, but doubled the recipe and added yellow food coloring.

This was delicious! It was the perfect main dish for my clam bake. I added clams, mussels, crab legs and baby lobster tails.

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2008
I followed the recipe exactly as stated, but I placed it in the freezer to harden. It was quite good. I will definitely make again.

Easy Cheese Ball II

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2008
It doesn't get much easier than this and it was quite tasty. I will never have to buy a cheese ball again since making my own is this simple.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2008
These turned out to be the best blueberry muffins I have ever made. I had some issues with the crumb topping, but I tried using a little less butter and added additional crumbs half way through baking and that worked out perfectly.

Chip Chicken Lollipops

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2008
I think this recipe is a really neat idea and it has a high "fun factor", but the taste was just ok. I used sour cream and Cheddar chips the first time. I will probably make again, but I will try to find a more flavorful chip or I'll season my own chips.

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2008
This was very good and will be my staple ziti recipe from now on. I used turkey burger and my own sauce, and layered the ingredients according to other reviewers' suggestions. Ziti has a tendency of drying out and I think the sour cream helps to keep it moist. And you simply can't go wrong with provolone cheese, mmm!

This is very good, but needed a little something. I added 1 red onion and a packet of taco seasoning. Delicious!

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2008
This is a wonderful recipe and it so easy to make. I only reserve about 5 crushed cookies for the toping and I use candy making chocolate wafers for dipping. People have said these are both heavenly and sinful!

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2008
This whole concept is amazing! These were so easy to make and they are absolutely wonderful. The possibilities are endless with the cake, frosting flavor combinations! I used milk chocolate candy making wafers instead of the bark.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2008
This is a very good recipe, but after using other reviewers' advice my dad said it was his number 1, favorite thing I have ever made him! I used beef stock instead of water, added a pack of onion soup mix, pepper and garlic powder. Kept the cream cheese as is, but also served it with sour cream! Amazing!

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2008
I used this with the Frosted Banana Bar recipe on this site. It is very good, but I needed to use at least twice as much of the milk the recipe calls for to get the consistency that I was looking for.

Frosted Banana Bars

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2008
More like a cake than a bar, but absolutely delicious nonetheless! Who would have thought that one of my favorite cakes would turn out to be a banana cake. The Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting recipe on this site complimented this recipe well.
