Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2008
This was a good recipe, but it suited my taste better after I added a little bit of celery seed and some half and half.

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2008
This was delicious! I followed the recipe exactly and then topped it with cream cheese frosting. I made one loaf of bread and 8 muffins! This will be my staple pumpkin bread recipe from now on.

Caesar Salad Supreme

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2008
Hubby loved this and really appreciated the fact that I made a caeasar salad entirely from scratch! I followed the dressing recipe to a "T", but I added a little bit of italian seasoning and parm cheese to the croutons and baked them in the oven.

Bread Pudding I

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2008
This was very good as is, but I did add a little extra milk, b/c I like my bread pudding a little mushier. I will definitely make this again!

Creamy Chicken and Rice Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2008
This was good, but very thick. You could actually serve it on a plate! I will definitely make it again, but I will use more liquid than what the original recipe calls for. I also added a tablespoon of sugar (hubby loved it)!

My dog Truffles loves them (though she will eat anything you put in front of her). I used water instead of skim milk. They were so easy to make!

I just made these and they are delicious! I used a spiced rum I purchased on my honeymoon in St. Lucia. I can only imagine how wonderful they will taste in a few days.

Very easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly, except I left out carrots (hubby doesn't like them) and added potatoes. Will definitely make again!

Four Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2008
This was very good! I melted the cheese and butter in the half and half first and then added the cooked pasta to the melted cheese, because my husband likes a creamer mac and cheese. I left out the eggs.

These were good, but tasted even better after a few days in the refrigerator. Next time I think I will put a layer of chocolate on the bottom, too.
