Sweet and Sassy Pork Tenderloin
This is a great way to cook pork tenderloin on the grill! I cut back the red pepper flakes to 1/2 teaspoon and the sauce was still very spicy but most of us liked it.

Baked Kale Chips
These are tasty, and a creative way to use up kale from the CSA box. I've had better luck baking at 300 degrees for about 15 minutes, and also using a perforated pizza pan or putting the kale on a cooling rack on a sheet pan.

Hamburger Soup I
I substituted beef broth for the boullion and water, and I added a cubed potato. Don't skimp on the seasoning, either. Tasty!
