Citrus Carrots and Sprouts

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2011
I love brusselsprouts but have only ever had them steamed with some butter and salt and pepper. I tried this and I absolutely loved it! The orange made it really fresh and bright. I think it would make a perfect side dish for Easter.

Rosemary Shortbread Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2008
These cookies are AMAZING! I had to be very careful not to eat them all in one sitting. They are sweet, but not too sweet. If you love rosemary, (which I do), you must try these cookies. I've been trying many recipes with rosemary latley; bread, potatoes and the like. They are all very good, but the cookies are my favorite so far. They are a very grown-up cookie, so most kids probably won't like them. But as for me, I now have a new favorite cookie, and I don't think I will find one that tops this!

These are moist and delicious muffins! The only things I changed was adding a dash of cloves.

Microwave Popcorn

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2010
This is so easy and good I feel like companies that sell microwave popcorn are ripping people off! We are never buying it again! You can even customize the seasoning for individuals. I seasoned mine with salt and Old Bay before I popped it, and my husband put in a little cayenne pepper in his own bag. I can't wait to do this over and over again!

Catherine's Pickled Blueberries

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2011
This was amazing! I had a little leftover after canning and I mixed it into some plain yogurt. It was the best yogurt I've ever had. I definitely need to make another and bigger batch!

Baked Honey Nut Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2011
This was very tasty! A great way to add some variety to the way we have chicken for dinner! I made a few adjustments based on what I happened to have on hand. This means that I used almonds, buckwheat honey, and crushed Kix cereal!

Blueberry Oat Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2010
I love bluberries, and these were pretty tasty. I actually liked the cookie dough better than the cookie itself though. I love the way the cool fresh blueberried popped in my mouth surrounded by the sweet gooeyness.
