Taco Seasoning I
This seasoning is the best and I use it now all the time vs. store-bought stuff. I highly recommend that you give it a try. You can experiment with different kinds and amounts of pepper flakes or other ingredients to adjust the hotness to what your family likes. I make a big batch of this and keep it in a bottle in my spice rack for regular use. Thanks for a great recipe!

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken
I made this recipe exactly as written and found the same issues as other reviewers -- the honey/mustard mix was way too overpowering for the chicken *and* the bacon. In addition, the cheese tended to just slide off the chicken breasts when serving them. This dish has great potential and I plan on making it again; however, I plan on the following changes: 1) reduce the amount of sauce while also using dijon vs. prepared mustard and changing the ratio to reduce the honey "sweet" factor and 2) wrapping the bacon all the way around the chicken to try to avoid it and the cheese slipping off. I'll update my review after trying it with my changes and let everyone know how it turns out.

Bubba's Jambalaya
Wow! This recipe turned out spot-on for my family and received rave reviews all around (well, unless you count my oldest daughter who is against all things seafood on principle -- but I did see her get seconds so I think that she was complaining just to complain). The flavors came together spectacularly and the seasoning was just right for the family (I'm the only one that likes things with more kick). I ended up making the rice separately as I had some leftover from the night before that I wanted to use up in this dish. I also tossed in some shredded carrots along with the other veggies since I wanted to use them up. This made a great dinner meal and I'm looking forward even more to leftovers for lunch today now that the flavors have had more chance to blend. Thanks for a great recipe!
