Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
Made for fathers day. Everyone loved it. I used the apple cider vinegar and milk instead of buttermilk. I also added a can of cream corn and a little honey. I baked it in a 9x12 nonstick pan for about 2/3 the time. Since my pan was dark, I decreased the temp by 25 degrees

Apple Crisp III
Cooked tonight, very delicious. I also used vanilla and brown sugar; and sprinkled extra cinnamon on top of topping. It was very easy to make. Definitely cook for 50 minutes. I peeled the apples and then used my apple slicer; (the round one that you push down on the apple with) then sliced any big pieces to make the apples about the same thickness. They cooked beautifully.
