I thought this recipe was alright. My kids loved it and asked for more so I gave it four stars. After I made it I thought it would be good as chicken Parmesan with red sauce over noodles but it was still good just on it's own just not to die for.

Halibut with Cream Sauce

Really enjoyed this recipe. Only thing we changed was we broiled the halibut after we had cooked it on the grill so it had a crunchy outside. It would have been soggy had we just ate it fresh off the grill. Other than that this recipe was excellent. My husband even said it was restaurant quality and I didn't even tell him other reviews had said that. Will make again.

Key Lime Pie VII

This was a really good key lime pie. I used to work at a restaurant and loved their key lime but could never find a recipe like it. This recipe was pretty close. I will definitely make it again

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

This soup was really good. I did a few things different but not much. I halved the recipe and I didn't feel like cooking up any chicken so I omitted it but didn't really miss it. I also added some garlic to the butter and sauteed it. I also cut the cream in half and added 1/2 cup of milk and it was plenty creamy. I will make this again. I was way impressed at how good it was.

Szechwan Shrimp

This was a good low fat recipe. I added a bunch of vegetables to the recipe and tripled the sauce. I think I would put a little less ketchup in recipe because I don't really like the taste and could just slightly taste the ketchup but other than that it turned out great. I will definitely make again.

Beef Stroganoff III

This recipe was really good. My husband was surprised how well it turned out because he doesn't really like beef Stroganoff but he ended up really liking it. I will definitely make this again
