Best Brownies
Great recipe! Made it hundreds of times. I even mailed them to my husband when we were dating and they were still delicious when he got them. I once ran out of white sugar and used 1/4 cup of white sugar and 3/4 cup of light brown sugar. Everybody loved it that way too. People raved that the brown sugar gave it a caramel flavor. I can't speak for the frosting. I've never made it but everyone loves it even without the frosting.
