Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2013
I added onion to the cavity and did not put in the fridge overnight(no time). My family loved this and I have made itmany times. I doubled the spices and cooked covered for 45 min and uncovered for 30 more. served with garlic mashed potatoes :-)

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2012
Made this for a potluck at work. I doubled the batch and used half the water. I also only put 1/2 can of corn in for the entire batch. Everyone used the tortilla chips as the spoons and used it as a dip.....a favorite loved by all!

Nana's Barbeque Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2012
This is a great recipe to use with anything, but my favorite is to use it on Country Ribs and thrown in the crockpot to cook all day. It is sweet (not spicy) so the kiddos love it!

Hawaiian Pizza

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2012
My family loved this! The only issue that I had was that I had to make 2 batches of the dough in order to feed us. I also made homemade sauce. The kids were sooooo happy that it turned out, as were me and the hubby.

Hamburger Lasagna at its easiest

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2011
This was a great recipe that was quick and simple to make. The whole family loved it, but next time I will use 1/2 the onion as it gave an overpowering flavor to the mix. I will definately make this one again!!!! I did use almost 2 pounds of beef for this too and added an extra can of tomato sauce to make up for the extra meat.
