Italian Easter Bread (Anise Flavored)
This dough was VERY easy to work with. I actually misread the ingredients and only added 1 egg initially. Thankfully, I caught my mistake. I was worried that adding more wet ingredients after the dough had come together would mess with the consistency, but it still worked out well. As another reviewer said, I used vanilla because I had no anise extract (although I'm sure the anise would've been delicious). Finally, I made a cinnamon glaze (1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp margaine, 1 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp cinnamon) to go on top. Yum! The bread also reheated well the next morning with a couple seconds in the microwave.

Banana Banana Bread
This bread turned out simply delicious! I snuck this in the oven yesterday morning as a treat for my husband! I added a little sprinkle of cinnamon and cloves to the batter, and I made a simple cinnamon glaze to coat the loaf. Amazing! Thanks for the go to recipe!

Glazed Apple Cookies
These cookies were amazing! The apple I chose made well over 1 cup when diced, so I just added all the apple (including skin) and skipped the raisins. I undercooked them by a minute or two which made the cookies extra soft and moist...almost like a muffin! I used half whole wheat flour and half all-purpose. Also, I added some cinnamon and nutmeg to the icing (which was to-die-for). My house smelled great for hours! I will definitely be making these again!
