One can definitely make this a healthier dish by using ground turkey or lean ground beef, reduced fat cheese and sour cream and by adding in some extra veggies. Like a previous poster said, add onions, green/red/yellow peppers and olives, only use enough sour cream to cover.
My husband and I thought this was a great dish- very tasty, will make again.
