Candied Chicken Breasts
This was really tasty..didn;t give it 5 stars because the sauce was kinda runny and not real thick however it was perfect when reheated the following day. Afew things I did different: cut back on the sugar and compensated 1 tbsp of cornstartch for thickening purposes. added some garlic powder, peeper and fresh cilantro to taste. Threw in some sauteed veggies. I used the canned pineapple juice instead of water and added the chunks of pineapple into the sauce to cook. My husband and kids loved it!!

Mom's Zucchini Bread
Awesome!!! Making it for the 3rd time this month!! LOL My kids s-and husband devour it each time...I have vowed to sneak LOAF INTO THE FREEZER this time:) p.s. I also didnt use oil substituted melted butter instead and as well as made the amount of sugar 1 cup brown 1 cup white. That was plenty of sugar....dont bother adding chocolate chips the kids will eat it as is..it is plenty sweet!!

Simple Garlic and Basil Pesto
Really awesome pesto!!! Made it last night...had no brazil nuts so added abit more pine nuts as another reviewer suggested...turned out great!!! Wasnt sure today what I wanted to make with it so I experiemented and it turned out super!!!! (even my husband who doesnt like pesto ate it all!!! I sauteed the vegggies I had available in my fridge (in my case mushrooms, green pepper, onion and celery) I also chopped two medium tomatoes fresh picked from the garden. Mixed all this together with the pesto over low heat. Then I added half a can of whole plum tomatoes really mashing them up.....I also added all the tom juice from the can. Brought all to a boil and then simmered for 15 minutes addoing salt and pepper to taste. Chopped up some leftover plain chicken breast and served the meat and sauce over some fussilli pasta with garlic bread!!! SOOOOOO GOOODDDD!!! thx for the recipe:)
